I'm gonna guess that she actually downloaded after Saul killed her at New Caprica. It's just taken her this long to find them again because, I think, when she downloaded it was too the home planet, or at least somewhere pretty far away. After all, haven't the resurrection ships/hubs all been destroyed?

Hard to tell. She probably would be. I mean, her husband killed her and then when she gets back she's going to find out he got a Six pregnant. Wouldn't you be? ;)

Then again, at the time he killed her, he didn't know she was a Cylon and I assume vice versa.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet on Saul needing some bullet and fire resistant garments in an upcoming epi. :)
