walt and the whispers revisited- Is it just me?

The first time i watched man of science man of faith, i immediately noticed that walt's lines were reversed. I looked for my cakewalk sonar xl in an attempt to decipher his lines but I was unable to locate the said program. Later on, i checked the net and found that he said something like "Don't push the button. The buttons bad" or something to that effect. Anyway, I found out that my cheap laptop can reverse audio from its bulit in mic and sound recorder so i reversed the entire scene. Well anyway, i reached the whispers part and all i heard was "where are you shannon" being said over and over again by someone who sounded like Sayid. hmmm.... can anyone confirm this? Maybe my ears are just screwed..






so... is it just me?

I want to hear this. This makes more sense to me. Why do I think I won't hear anything but nonsense? ;)

try recording from right before you hear the whispers up until walt's reversed line and reverse the entrie track. If that's what's happening it could be that...

a.Sayid's "my mind was playing tricks on me" makes sense
b. symptom of the infection

Although it's also a possibility that Sawyer's and Sayid's whispers were completely independent of shannon's.

so this does not clarify anything. hahahahha! dang
