An obvious homer pick, but I love the way the Bruins are playing on both sides of the ice, and they seem to not have a hard time playing anyone. If not them you can never go wrong with the Red Wings

I think it's finally the Year of the Shark. Getting by Detroit won't be easy though.

And you can never count out the Devils, with a well-rested Brodeur for a change.

I think the Flyers have a real good shot to win it all this year.
Four 30+ goal scorers, including the #2 guy in the entire NHL in Jeff Carter with 45.
Biron has been hot, the defense is solid, and for the first time that I can remember, the entire team is healthy going into the playoffs. *knocks on wood cause there's still a couple games left* :p

Every single game is SUPER FIERCE. Doesn't even matter which teams are playing cause the energy level will be off the charts regardless.

I will stick with my home team. They always have a chance. I would prefer to be the underdog though. They do better when they are. :)

Exactly! I LOVE the NHL playoffs. These guys become animals come the playoffs. To me the World Cup is the only thing worth being in the same discussion (to me)

As a hockey fan, yes, there's no doubt I want to see them in Round 1.

As a Bruin's fan, no. The winner of the series will have NOTHING left for the rest of the playoffs, just like last season.
