Interesting Observation About Season 2 Claire

Well, what can I say? After seeing episode 4 last night, it would appear that Claire has magically lost all the weight see put on from being pregnant, has no baby fat, and looks like she just walked out of a spa treatment, not the jungles of Crapphole Island! Not that I'm complaining my any means, just thought I'd point this out.

Yeah I think Claire looks skinnier as well. Also, her face looks a little different than last year. I guess the summer vacation changes people.

The actress who plays Claire is normally tiny- she might have just gained a little weight to make it more look believable that she was pregnant.

I'm not saying I'm always looking (because I'm female and straight) but shouldn't Claire's boobs be bigger? I mean, come on there are padded bras to give that effect.

Well, not that I'm always looking either (*cough*), but yes, I agree totally!

For one thing Claire is very young, when I was about her age I had a baby and lost my weight in about 2 weeks. Second she'd have to be nursing which helps alot of women lose a lot of weight anfter having a baby. Finally she's on an island with limited food so she'd probably be losing weight anyway.

Very true on losing the baby weight quickly due to nursing and very limited diet, however, I noticed last night that she had a very taunt stomach....I would have loved to have that just 2 weeks after delivering a baby! ;)

Plus the fact that LOST is a tv show not a movie, hence there's only so much budget to go around on what could be considered 'minor' concerns by the network

Well, she takes a lot of walks. Maybe that's helped her lose the weight.

Well there are women who lose the baby fat very quickly - or never get much of it in the first place. My sister is one of them.
