I think that Claire is still pregnant because in one of the spoilers i read said:

Im not sure, but I think that Claire might still be pregnant, because Charlie said that all Ethan wanted was Claire, so maybe all he wanted was the baby....but Claire got away, and now he wants her back.....

Or maybe she isn't pregnant :x I really am not too sure.

BUT I HOPE SHE GETS HER KID BACK FROM THE CRAZY PEOPLE THAT KIDNAPPED HER AND CHARLIE......IF SHE DOESN'T I'LL BE SO MAD........>:

Don't worry Claire is still pregnant and alive and all that. OMG when Boone and Locke found her (or she found them) I was so happy and I ran arounf my house eating peanut butter

But anyway....

Let's recap: Claire came back, we're happy, she's still pregnant, she doesn't die (as far as we know ;) )
