Confused! about Claire

I missed some of the show last nite. At the end of "Special", they have Claire coming out of the jungle. What happened\where is she? Did they explain where she is in last nites episode? Or was this another hallucination?

Last night was a rerun of Solitary, Sayid's back-story. So, you didn't miss anything. The next new episode will air February 9, 2005.
