Kate has some funny lines in the show so I thought that we could post them here. :D One of my favorites is in the episode, Outlaws. When Sawyer was attacked by the boar, Kate went with Sawyer to help find the boar. Kate says " It's simple. You can't track that boar without my help. Over the last few hours you have managed to follow the tracks of humans, birds, a rock slide, yourself, basically everything except boar. You have no idea what you're doing." :rollin I busted out laughing when I heard that.

Was Kate the one that made the Harry Potter comment after seeing Sawyer with the glasses Sayid made? I can't remember if it was her, but it was damn funny! I wish I could remember the line.

I loved when Sawyer found the baby boar and picked it up, Kate said in a completely deadpan voice, "I thought it'd be bigger." :lol
But in general, they don't give Kate much chance to be funny. She mostly has to be broody and pensive and forlorn.

Jack: "It might."
Then she gives him this look like "Jack" (shakes head)
The she come back
Kate: "Stop that!"
Jack: "What?" like all stupid
Kate: "That!"
That whole conversation was so great and well delivered... and the look of aggravation on her face and stupid one on hiswas priceless :)
I will admit the Southern Perverts one was good.
She does have some good lines but I still hate her.

One of my favorites in the episode, Do No Harm, when Kate has to deliver Claire's baby. Kate says "I'm, I'm scared, too. But we're going to get through this together, okay?" I almost cried when I heard that. I love that part!:D

hmmm...this will be a tough one.
I guess:

I like this one, because it's one of the few things she's told the truth about.

*looks over at Tom after the car crash and sees he has been shot.*
Kate: "Tom? Oh my god, Tom? Tom? No,no,no,no,no,Tom."
I can't really deliver it well on computer but her preformance on that moment was great for having no acting experience to begin with LOST.

Another one of my favorites is when Kate tells Sawyer "If I want your spot I will get your spot." (I think that is how it goes. I could be wrong.) :eek Me and and LadySTX were shocked when we heard her say that. It is like a go Kate moment.;)
"Yes! I was on the plane...with the marshal. Yes I was wanted and...caught, and being transported back. No matter what I say about what happened, about what I SUPPOSEDLY did, I'm going to jail."

It wasn't even a quote, but did anyone notice in Born To Run, when Tom gives Kate a beer, she opens it, is taking a sip when Tom says, "It's not fair you know,"
and Kate looks up at him from her sip of beer and her cheeks were full. I thought she looked funny. Did anyone notice?

[Shot of Jack walking on the beach in front of the fuselage. Walks up to Kate.]
Jack: Well this is a first, you standing still, middle of the day doing nothing. Amazing.
Kate: I'm doing something.
Jack: Yeah, what's that?
Kate: I'm sinking. Water goes out, takes the sand with it and you sink. I used to do it with my mom when I was a kid.
Jack: Ah, new plan, you're going to just sink your way right off the island. Sayid would be proud.
Kate: He's been gone for almost a week.
Jack: Something tells me he'll be okay.
Kate: So what are you doing this far from the caves.
Jack: Bringing water down, bringing fish back...
I wish he added, "Looking for you..."

I just though the way she said it was funny.

That one's always gonna be a classic for me.

And we musn't forget the mmmhhh she made when she ate the candybar :D
How no one has mentioned this yet is beyond me, but : "Do I need to get a ruler?" :rotfl: Great line.

Leuthen, that was a great line, especially followed up by:

...Or something like that.

YES! Jate love! Okay, I don't really give a crap about Jate love, but this means she's going off Sawyer. Hooray! He's up for grabs.

Classic Kate. Tied up, gagged and with a couple of rifles pointed at her head, she still manages to be snarky as she looks for an edge. Made more amusing by Mr. Friendly getting in trouble with Fenry because he took his fake beard off.
