It would be helpful to know what game, what issue, and what browser version you were running at the time of the issue.

As of right now...

Ball A Track didn't record my score.

Batman = no record of score.

Battleship, Bejewled, Bingo, Bozzle, Brasil Slingo, gave me the message:
vBulletin Message
This score was not submitted from the game. Your score will not be saved. - as did others, I don't recall which at the time.Blocks did the same as above the first few times, and then accepted the score, but would bump me back to the homepage.

Car Flip doesn't work, the game itself says there's an error loading it.

ETA: Using FF 3.5.3.

Probably a fluke but I had a card disappear while playing Addiction Solitaire game.

I'm also noticing that I'm getting scores for games that I was either unable to play, lost before scoring anything (Snake currently says I am the champ, but I got distracted by something else and crashed before I even got to the first square...), etc.

ETA: I'm not 100% sure, but I think the error shows up when you either try to submit a score after going back (using the browser back buttons) to play a second game after previously submitting a score and/or if you don't close your browser session and re-open the game in a new window. If that's the case either way, the easy work around is to start a new browser tab or window with the game before attempting to submit.

Sometimes just clicking on "end game" or whatever will register the score and then take you to the forum index.

There is an issue that we're trying to resolve. At the end of a game, there should be a summary page, still inside the arcade, that includes a "Play Again" link. So far, it's a mystery. When I tested it on the test site before installing here, it worked perfectly. For whatever reason, a chunk of code is not executing at the end of the game(s), and that is causing the loss of some scores and the lack of the summary page.

All I can say is that you guys will have to be patient, and we will eventually solve the mystery. In the mean time, please report issues as you see fit.

Also, I will be adding more games in a few days. It take a while to sort through the thousands that are available, to find games that are worth a damn.

I also have found some other places to get games, but haven't had time to work through the process of adapting them to our arcade.

I'm spending a lot of time working on the Phase II update with a few other people. That's my primary task right now. Phase II is gonna be neat, even though I've already started to introduce a few of the new goodies (the arcade was one of them).

As there is time, there will at least be some new games, even if the scoring is crippled.

Emi is right on the fact that it doesn't submit the score if you go back to play again. If you refresh upon going back though, it will. That's how I've worked around it, at least.

Yup, you're right ILE. Make sure you refresh or load it new or you get that error.

On Animal Connect 2, why can't you change the style? There is an option for it but it seems disabled.

In some games, some of the features/options are disabled. That's just the way that they are, and I don't think I can get around it.

I will double check the support forum for you, though. Some games are in the precess of being fixed, and there's always a chance that this is one of them. :)

We finally figured out how to get the game summary to load at the end of your games. Yes, it was my fault. There was a module missing from the main page, and since we never needed it before, I forgot that it was originally there for a reason. Oops.

I'm not sure if this will fix the scores that have not been submitted at the end of some games. If you still have issues with this, please let us know.

If you (or anyone else out there) get the same error message again, on this or any game, please write down the error code (any text) that it gives you and post it here along with what browser type you're using to play the game. It'll help with debugging some of this stuff. Thanks! :)

That's the thing, I don't get an error code. I get a black screen and the page rarely directs to the scoreboard. I tried it again, and the same thing happened.

Yeah, during the day when I'm in school it's IE, and at home it's Firefox. So I was on firefox at that time.

I originally got a few hundred over klh (After the score from 700) and this was the one that gave me the black screen.

I know that most games are supposed to "score", but there are some available that do not "score". I'm not saying that this is the issue, but it's something to keep in mind as we keep track of the issues. I'm not sure if I added any games from the "Non scoring games" category.

When I play Mahjong Solitare the tiles are askew. OK that is the game. When I finish a game my monitor is conglomeration of the game, stats page and the MyMedia forum page. Seems everthing is misaligned and tilted. I have to exit FF then restart it to get a normal looking page back. Next time it happens, I will grab a screencap. Oh, and I get thrown out of the game and have to start over to re-play. Go figure. :o

Please keep the issues coming as you find them. It's very possible that we'll be able to fix some games, but in cases where games cannot be fixed, we'll remove them. (many of the games have apparently been converted from other gaming systems and while they might sort of work, might not really work after the conversion.)

Yeah, a crazy thing happened to me last night. I scored SO high on a game I was playing, the screen went black, and it threw me out to start a new game. Bastard!!!

It tells me my score, I click submit, it goes to the high score page and puts my score at a 0. And nope, one at a time.

I'm not sure, I got it to work once. Seems like maybe if you don't press "Play Again", just wait, it will submit the score.

Also, I don't know how it calculates the score but it comes out higher than the few points you see it adding up when you win a hand.

There's a "Submit Score" button in a fancy font that makes it hard to notice, it's right under the "Try Again" button.

I played the second game in the Apple Shooter tournament, and it simply won't send the score. I've been staring at this for over 5 minutes now:

That sucks. And unless I'm missing something, it looks like you should have been playing scotpgot, but for some reason players don't always get advanced like they should.

Well, it's not like the fate of the world is hanging in the balance. It could be reason to start another tournament.

But these tournaments take ages.

Perhaps it's more fun if we try to set a day for them, or even a day and time.

So, what features would you like to see in the tournaments (other than having it work right)? Being able to set the time limit, you mentioned. Maybe allowing players to forfeit if they don't want to play? I was thinking it would be cool to allow an odd number of players, and give some some players a bye in the first round. Or even allow the tournament creator to start the tournament at will, with however many players there are signed up.

Who knows, some of these features might magically appear if we wish hard enough...

Yes, I second a "time" for the tournament to start. Like, once enough players signed up, the person who created the tournament could send out a PM to everyone (or the system would do it automatically), then each player would have 24 hours (or whatever) to do the round. Instead of this 7 days b.s. I forgot about that Apple Shooter tournament about 10 times in the month and a half (maybe not that long) since I signed up.

I had the same. The submit button after finishing returns the Briker page, but doesn't register the score.

I also submitted while being in the final level, and I got the Error #005 page.

Not an issue but having instructions in another language makes it crazy figuring out a game. After playing x number of times I guess one figures it out. Is there a place to read game plots, instructions in English somewhere? Thnx :)

When I play Matching 2008, if I finish the game, there is no option to submit the score. This is particularly frustrating if I happen to achieve the high score.
