Walt's ghost?

Anyone see anything peculiar about this image taken from Michael and Walt's episode?

(The girl is Mike's ex, and Bruce her partner, this is taken just around the time Walt makes the bird hit the french window)

(PS: There is no TV there, if you can see what im talking about. The person is NOT in the scene at all, and is not in that position in the same shot a few moments later)

The lady in the back is Walt's nanny. She is the lady you see in a later flashback that gives Michael all the cards/mail he had mailed Walt.

Yep, thats what i thought at first.

Except her hair is a lot lighter in this picture, and according to scale, shes about 3 foot tall.

What do you mean by 'according to scale'?
She seem to be a bit smaller than that chair right in front of her, which seems like it should work out.

The only reason she looks small is because she is in the background a distance behind the other two.
