ReGenesis premieres August 29th on Global
Season I of ReGenesis will premiere Monday, August 29th on the Global Television Network following the two-hour premiere of Prison Break (except in Alberta and the Maritimes where ReGenesis will air beforehand). The one-hour dramatic series follows a team of scientists at the NORBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission) lab responsible for investigating the often shocking advances in biotechnology occurring on the international scene.
For the first time in Canadian broadcasting, a series produced for The Movie Network and Movie Central, (Canada’s premier pay services), will broadcast on conventional television following a successful release on pay television. The series will be broadcast in HDTV.

Creative mobile media company Podzapper Inc. is officially launching on August 29th with its first project, "ReGenesis:ReMixed", a weekly series of podcasts based on Shaftesbury Films' one-hour television dramatic series ReGenesis. It is the first dramatic series in Canada to have podcasts associated with it.
