Female in background in Michael's first episode

In Michael's first episode (Ep. 14, "Special"), in the scene where the bird flies into the window, I noticed something strange. It's before the bird flies in - Brian is telling Susan she should take a personal day, and Walt is saying "You're not listening." The camera focuses on Brian/Susan, and in the background on the far right side of the screen, there's a white woman in a light-colored shirt. She's only on screen for a handful of frames, but I paused and got as good of a look as I could.

It *could* have been the nanny, that's about the only explanation I can think of. Did anyone else see this/have any thoughts on it?

This has been talked about somewhere before - I don't know what thread now. It's probably buried.

But some people thought it was a "goof" like someone on set that made it into a scene. But I always thought it was just the nanny.
