This was in the promo pics for Ep15. It is probably deleted, but what could have been happening here, after seeing the episode?

The promo pics are just that, promotional. They are usually pose pictures. Other promo pics for 15 include Ethan fighting Locke, Ethan standing behind Claire, and Sawyer looking like a badass.
