I voted for Sawyer because he never fails to make me laugh with his lines. However, God help us all should he, Hurley, Shannon and Charlie ever be trapped together somewhere. The dialogue would be priceless.

I voted for other because after the last episode I found myself quoting Locke the most. "It's a good thing you were going in circles. Not much of a search grid, but we wouldn't have found you otherwise". "Sounds like a piss-poor captain", and of course the classics "Don't tell me what I can't do" and "I looked into the eye of the island and what I saw was beautiful".

I think that Charlie and Sawyer both come in close ties with one another.... but I'd really have to say Charlie (Even though Sawyer is CLEARLY just as fun to quote and think about.... *sighs* )

Why my reasoning?

Sawyer mainly ONLY says : Harsh/Sarcastic comical lines (in the American way of thinking) His lines are hilarious when seen from afar. The only problem is that Sawyer doesn't have any real "precious" "kind" "Sweet" moments --- and all of us know that he has little teeny-TINY bits of this shoved in a dark place of his character's barred up soul....

Charlie on the other hand... He has Silly funny --- Not meaning to be funny--- Evil/sarcastic funny... (ex: If you've finished verbally copulating! --- Oh you guyz have an inside joke? ....) Not to mention, he's got his "KODAK" moments... like "you don't scare me" and he is just sooooo darn cute you have to go AAAAAAWWWWW.....

Although, nearly EVERYONE has missed the best Charlie/Sawyer quote of all time (why of all time, they never speak to eachother... and when they do.... it was funny!)

This takes place when they show a Jack's face close-up in the Pilot prt 1. Everyone is discussing WHAT it was last night that was smashing through the trees... you cleary hear Rose Saying "There was something familiar about it" --- SECONDS LATER, Charlie says:

Charlie: It could be monkeys!

Sawyer: Sure its monkeys -- its monkey island!

I voted for Charlie because even before the show started I've said most of his quotes which is... creepy in that sort of way... I gotta copyright those. Like in the House of the Rising Sun episode, when Michael says 'What did I do to him? You tell me." I've always said that when someone asks me what I did. I say "What did I do? You tell me."

So I think it's really weird how a lot of the quotes in LOST relate to my own before the show started.

Actually, one of the best things about the show is the great dialogue. Most if not all of the actors are quotable, and their delivery is impressive.

Elsewhere someone said that 'there are no throwaway lines in Lost' - I have to disagree and say that, for me at least, the best part is not being able to tell at once which lines matter and which don't...

I did vote for Sawyer though... what can I say? I'm weak *shrug*
