In last couple shows kate and sawyer have been getting closer and closer.........and in Sawyer asked her for one....so that she could get medicson that she thought he had...but i was expecting a little patt on the cheek not for them to start making out...so is kate starting to like him...or is she staying with jake

I noticed in "Confidence Man" Jack was a bit worried with Kate. In my opinion, the whole "connection" talk with Kate kind of gave his feelings away for her. I think they will end up together.

Kate ends up with Sawyer. The reaction between Kate and Sawyer tonight "Solitary" is just too much to dismiss. There's definately still a connection there.

I think they are trying to set up the Kate-Jack thing for a long-term relationship. Right now I just see Jack as a big brother-type for Kate. He's really protective and I think Kate is used to taking care of herself. Sawyer is more of the tortured rebel that she can relate to and appreciate. Plus, Sawyer is the challenge while Jack is the given.

but that's just it, the evidence to date is showing that Kate and Sawyer are more "soulmate" material than she and Jack are... beyond the out of this world kiss and those looks of longing, tonight was just over the top... the way she is reaching out to him and in public, she might not admit it or even realize it, or maybe she does and we just don't know it yet or her full past and reasoning behind it, but ever since th ebeating and that letter, there is a change in the way she treats him... and tonight she placed them in the same category by saying "from one outcast to another..."

I think Jack & Kate will wind up as the soulmates on the show. They are the ones that seem to have a connection - from the moment they crashed to the cave in and everything in between. Kate & Sawyer shared nothing more than a sleazy kiss. At first it seemed like K&J were going to be rushed together so they added conflict with Sawyer. And now they are making K&S too obvious. In a triangle, you must always wait for the other shoe to drop, and it looks like that will be Jack & Kate - as it should be. It will be one of those long roads to get there but I think they will end up together.

She NEEDS to end up with Jack, not only because the two of them belong together (which they totally do) but because if she were in a relationship with Sawyer, she whould just end up hurting his feelings over and over again, like she has so far.

the male/female ratio on the island looks pretty lop-sided, so if kate had half a brain, she wouldn't choose- she'd marry jack and keep sawyer as a pet!

I definately think that Kate should end up w/ Jack. Yes, there seems to be a "thing" between her and Sawyer, and yes I think that's going to go somewhere, but I also think that it won't last. I think that if this show is on for a long while like I hope and think its going to be, she'll have had some sort of "thing" w/ each of them. I really think Sawyer is meant to be short term and Jack long term. It just fits their personalities. I also think that the one who doesnt end up w/ her is going to kick the bucket. Lets face it: neither of them were meant to be w/ anyone but Kate. But then again, who knows? This show is often unpredictable... *sigh* You gotta love it! :b

I think Kate should pick Sawyer. They have the same personality (neither is good, nor interesting) and same kind of style. Jack is too good for her. He should hook up with Sun ;)

I'm saying Sawyer. With her and Jack, the relationship just seems a litte...off. I don't know what it is, I just don't see them as a romantic couple. I think he's too tame for her, she needs someone passionate like herself. Then again, flakey as she is, I don't think she will decide for a long time, she'll probably string them both along for a few seasons.
