I should hopefully have the clue soon. I made the guy's day. He said I was the most interesting call all day.

Good work! I would have been too afraid to call and ask anyone. But my fractured mental status makes me afraid of a lot of things, so this may be just run of the mill for you. Still, great, great work.

The clue that agrillo found (picture under text):
Quote:
OWA Flight 228:

http://oceanicworldair.com/flight228/

This clue is important and will help you to solve the puzzle at our final destination.

Another physical clue will be found at the Santa Monica - Ocean Beach Park Branch under a table, but it will not be there until July 23rd.

Keep this information safe until the final stop and use it to solve the puzzle.

KIRTLAND

Now go back to the airport and explore the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum for the clue to our next stop.

VM.

New picture on Twitter: https://twitter.com/OceanicWorldAir/...23653380579328

A Google search tells me that this is Dillingham Airfield, located on the north west of Oahu. It was used in Lost for the airport scene in which Yemi was killed.

To update, it was not the place that was important looking out that window, it was the plane.

I guessed correctly that the thing we needed to find at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum was the Beechcraft Expeditor.

VM confirmed that I had the right plane, but:
Quote:
Now figure out where that exact Beechcraft at Warplane Heritage was based out originally and we will know where we are going next!
Agrillo did some fantastic research and found:
Quote:
OK, so I canít find any mention of the ny airport, but I found a history of the plane. Itís possible it was owned by a ny airline but based in Teterboro.
A-156 D18C NC80213 construction completed as D18C 15.10.46
AA-12 Florida Airways .46/49
N80213 Rausch Flying Service, Teterboro NJ
A-156 D18S (re-engined with P&W R-985 Wasps by Spartan Aero, Tulsa OK .49, thus reverting to standard D18S, c/n A-156) Rausch Aviation, Teterboro NJ
International Nickel Co of Canada (INCO), Toronto ONT .54/74 floats (retired .57, stored 57/63, fitted with floats .63) op: Canada Nickel Air Services, Copper Cliff ONT 63/70
TG-JIQ Exmibal SA, La Aurora 4.74/77 (delivered to Toronto ONT 18.12.76, TG-JIQ noted parked Maple ONT 9.4.77)
C-GZCE N. Colhoun, Lumsden SASK 11.77 Condor Aviation 80 Starline Aviation .80 Canadian Warplane Heritage, Hamilton ONT
And he was right! Our next stop is Teterboro, NJ.

Did not think this clue would be that tough. Try lining up the first rectangle with the first letter on the first page of the Self Guided Virtual Tour.
