I liked the episode. I'm upset because it's the beginning of the end --
Renard is going after Nick full tilt. He's so determined, he seems like he's lost his mind and maybe he has. We know when he had the coins in his possession how much he coveted power and position. Now that his political aspirations are finally getting somewhere, maybe his true nature is too much for him to control and hide?
That sliver of wood, that magic wand, I keep thinking it is from the Cross of Christ and Christ will turn out to be a wesen who started the whole this.
I too thought the stick was a piece of the Cross, but now, with what happened to Eve, I'm beginning to think it's dark magic and not something pure and good.
Speaking of Eve -- she's gone. The stick healed her and is continuing to do so, IMO. I think she's becoming Juliette again and it won't be long before all her power is gone. That's a shame because she was more interesting as Eve. Time to think of another way to kill Juliette.
Am I the only one that wants Nick to wind up with Adalind?
Back to Renard -- now that his fingerprints have been found all over the dead woman's place, his credibility will further suffer. He's a murder suspect and it looks like he's pulling out all the stops to kill someone who may know that. (Not the case but still.)
