Re: Woody's: One anti-inflammatory from blowing up!

Good morning Woody's. We got about 10 cm (4 inches) of snow last night. First significant accumulation of the winter. We've had mostly rain here up until now. Snowblower still works (thank goodness) so I was only about 15 minutes later than usual getting into work.

We're supposed to get rain tomorrow which should make for a mess mixed with the snow we already have.

Hope everyone is doing well.

They're saying there is a chance we could get snow here again on Wednesday!

gift cards make great gifts both for shoppers who are lazy and/or have a lot of gifts to buy. They're also a shrewd choice if there are individuals in your life for whom it is difficult to shop. When bought through the astore, they also help support this site, which isn't self-sufficient and doesn't hold fund-raisers or any of that other crap.

Please consider doing at least some of your holiday shopping through our astore this year.

On this day in 1880, Thomas Edison was granted a patent for an incandescent electric lamp.

(which probably ran on a battery)

Today is Groundhog Day. Try not to repeat yourself.

Also, on this day in 1870, the Cardiff Giant Hoax was revealed.

And don't forget that today is Groundhog Day. Try not to repeat yourselves.
