Re: sleeping issues

Whenever I visit a craft brewery and have 20oz I sleep like a little baby.

Re: sleeping issues

i've upped my dosage of the doxylamine succinate - i was taking a 1/3 tablet to start out. if i take the full tablet i sleep well, however you get a sucky hangover effect in the morning that takes a couple of hours to get past. so it's a choice of which ill to deal with.

i do appreciate all the suggestions tho, you guys are the best and I am so happy knowing you

I'm guessing that might be due to some dehydration caused by the antihistamine? Have an extra glass of water an hour before bed?

Re: sleeping issues

I'm not much help here. I am usually unable to go to sleep before 1 or 2 in the morning and I wake up on my own at around 6. Every day I operate on 4-5 hours of sleep... sometimes only 3, and I am unable to take naps.

Yes, and occasionally I like to initiate a reply that reaffirms how worthless I am.

Re: sleeping issues

I too have trouble falling asleep nowadays. A lot of it is attributed to tension and pressure at work. I fondly remember those times when i used to fall asleep reading flashcards on night before the exam.

Re: sleeping issues

Those were the days, Tracy18.
In my younger days when I couldn't fall asleep my dad would give me a wine and warm water shot that would always put me out. Then on special occasions he'd give me peppermint schanpps and warm water. I was elementary school age.
LOL no wonder craft beer always gives me a good sleep.
