You should! I love mine. It's a little pocket for your phone that keeps your hands free. Like $11.

Ya know.. I think I'm just going to stop asking questions.
Probably wise.

That sounds like a Chinese translation of what group exercise is. In fact, it might be the same author of the directions to the bedside table I recently assembled " Attach hanger 'b' to panel two with sun side facing up" I had to read it three times to be sure it said "sun" side. I finally realized they meant "shiny surface" but it was lost in translation.

I am so jet lagged that I might be i three time zones at the same time. I am not sure.
Sun side

Welcome back! You were in Italy, right?

That's saying a lot! I love how much you travel. I really hope to see more of the world.

I have been to Italy, though

Right? It sounds like a caste system "Let's class this number of people together and make them do Zumba"

Maybe they're trying to tell the poor people not to expect to be assigned to the same classes as the rich people.

I'm scratching my head over the definition they(?) came up with for group exercise, which is what I teach.

"Group Exercise:

A number of people classed together for the purpose of physical activity."

I feel like there are better ways to say this.
Group exercise: Several people sweating and grunting together with a very specific pre-set level of intimacy.

Hmph.

____

I meant to multi-quote vonne too, to say that my suggestion might not be snappy, but it's got intimations of sexiness, warranted or otherwise.

No, not in my case. PJ's and bra? Nope.

Re: What's New/super legit maths forum

So, I'm still upset about the phone.

Does anyone understand that when I broke my hip, that the phone was in my study? I didn't have it close to me.

I struggled, using my fingernails, chin, elbows to barely crawl to get near it. It took me 16 hours. Yes SIXTEEN HOURS!

Of course I was bloody, had urinated here and there, and was horribly terrified.

SIXTEEN HOURS I was in dire shape.

So, a phone is now a necessity. I can still fall, have some sort of accident. I fell again 2 weeks ago, hitting my head on a cabinet. It didn't knock me out (cracked the cabinet, though), but still.

I do not know why I neglected to take the phone out of my undies when I went to bed. I do know that when I subhumanly rushed to the toilet, that I was no way aware that I still had the phone there, until the splash.

SIXTEEN HOURS!

So, sis emailed me. She got herself a new phone, and I will get her old one.

Don't know when yet.

But before you go making fun of me, could you do the SIXTEEN HOURS of home torture that I endured?

Re: What's New/super legit maths forum

gertie, have you considered getting a lanyard you could wear around your neck, and putting your phone in a case that could connect to the lanyard? Or maybe one of those medical emergency buttons that you carry around with you? (I think LifeAlert is one of the brand names of those gadgets) They can be genuine life savers, and even if your very life isn't on the line, something like that could've spared you that long tortuous ordeal.

Re: What's New/super legit maths forum

Mr Mo - you are so kind to me.

Catnap has suggested the same thing. Yes, I need something like that.

I cannot ever forget the day I was trying to get to the car, and for some reason, both my legs refused to work. I stumbled to the car and waited for someone to come to the parking lot to help.

Do you think I like my body failing me?

I don't know why my legs froze like that. I still have nightmares, and maybe the body does, too. But I do realize I have this rod stuck in my hip and it's trying to reattach the hip to my thigh, so, I have to be patient. I am sure I'm ahead in this game, and again, the lament - it's so damned slow.

Hurry, please.

Re: What's New/super legit maths forum

Hey all.

Not sure where this day went. I'm freaking out a bit about my teeth. I went to the dentist for a cleaning and Dr. said she was noticing some erosion that concerned her. We went through all these things that contain acid, trying to see if I was eating something damaging (tomato sauce, citric stuff, etc.).

Turns out the culprit, I think, is seltzer water???? She said it's an acid they use to make the carbonation.

So my plan to drink less soda, wine, coffee, etc. and replace w/ seltzer water is not paying off I like it so much better than plain water. Ugh.

I'd never heard that about seltzer, and since I am suspicious of all new information, I googled it. Surprise, surprise, your dentist knows what she is talking about!
Geez, I drink seltzer all the time. Who knew it was bad for you? But the various articles do say drink it with food, don't sip it, moderate how much you drink, and it's not as bad as other things. But dear lord, isn't there anything other than water that we can just enjoy??
