It always amazed me how the throat spoken Klingoneesse was performed by people.

This German speaker has too high of a voice for Klingon, possibly his voice is an example of an immature young Klingon.

Maybe Seth McFarlane will present a language new to our ears that utilizes spit bubbles or flying spit (you know what I mean) as part of the language.
