Re: this or that

Empire feels imposing, while Raiders is a nice rousing theme. tough choice, Raiders vs original Superman movie theme for rousing and inspiring. growing up, we had a nice kenwood sound system, 100 watts I think, and some nice Bose speakers. it was fun trying to blow those guys out with it up LOUD for these tunes.

Re: this or that

When i hear the Empire theme, it always makes me think of the Yankees taking the field at Fenway Park. So it makes me smile. The Raiders piece has no such attachments for me.

Re: this or that

wings or breast? i have never gotten wings - so little meat for much effort. take a breast or a drumstick everytime, wings BAH. might as well just serve a side of fried chicken skin with buffalo sauce.

Re: this or that

I actually am a fan of dark meat in general, love the drum/thigh combo. But between wings and breast, definitely breast, for the reasons you already listed.

For singing voice: Gregg Allman or Stevie Winwood? I love them both but i like Winwood just a little bit more.

Re: this or that

A smart chef. There's something of a history in foodservice of turning "waste parts" into sellable plates, and chicken wings is a great example of it, if not the greatest of all time. That chef turned a pile of gristle, skin, and bone into a battered vehicle for great sauces, and got people to start spending money on something that had previously been turned into pet food and/or compost.
