Last weeks Ep10. Tammy comes into Gordon's hotel room and shows him and Albert a picture of Dooper with a "mystery man" in front of the glass box.
The identity of said mystery man has been fiercely contemplated throughout the internet and I haven't seen any one particular case that has won my opinion. I did think it was funny some folks thought it was Moby.

Re: Twin Peaks - Showtime Sunday

Last night's Episode 11 "There is Fire Where You Are Going" was, aside from the EPIC Episode 8, the best of the season by far IMO. I was FLOORED by what I saw. So much that my brain couldn't process most of it until my rewatch tonight that I just finished.

Meanwhile....

- settling one internet argument right away - Miriam is ALIVE!

- loved Carl's little whistle used to summon the Dharma van.

- REVEAL: Becky is, as suspected, the daughter of Shelly and Bobby Briggs

- there were 4 calls into the sheriff's station immediately after Carl had Maggie patch Shelly through to Bobby. Why was that scene shown? Had to be a reason, I just can't figure it out.

- charcoal woodsman at "the Site" AND Gordon and Albert freaking SEE HIM!!!

- this was clearly a situation Gordon and Albert have been in before. Albert knew to stay back and when to grab Gordon. I suspect this is how SPECIAL AGENT CHET DESMOND DISAPPEARED IN FWWM!!!! If so, that is a pretty damn big reveal!!!

- the wallpaper behind the woodsmen on the stairs that Gordon saw MATCHES that of the room we saw Laura Palmer walk into (the picture from Mrs. Tremont) in FWWM. Which brings me to.....

- "IT IS IN OUR HOUSE NOW" - referring to the woodsmen entering what should have been a safe zone where Maj Briggs was hiding, and now inhabiting the "room/zone" as Gordon saw. That would be something.

- the woodsman killing Hastings was so fierce!!! "There's no backup for this"

- oh btw sorry for that whole throwing you off the windshield, mom, I didn't mean to do that.....wow....Shelly is one forgiving mom!

- hinted at in Ep2 now confirmed, Red seems to have some sort of spell over Shelly. For her to go from being all huggy and crying with Becky to happy, giddy, and kissy with Red.....something's up. Something BAD. And I have a suspicion he had a hand (somehow) with the gunshot that followed....

- it took two watches, but I'm positive at one point right after Bobby is staring at the little badass kid, TIME SLOWS DOWN (ie - like when we saw it happen to the couple driving in Ep8) - Bobby looks at the kid, then it happens, he looks at the father who looks away, and then back to normal. Bobby shakes it off just like Shelly shook off the DINER SCENE "Anybody seen Billy?"

- the screaming lady and the sick vomiting kid was intense as all hell. And Bobby just stood there staring the whole time. They were late for dinner (around the table where the conversation will be lively ) with her uncle....

- THE COORDINATES: 4 8 5 5 1 4 2 1 1 7 1 6 5 4 5 6 - as close as I could get and there are a couple I'm not 100% on. But convenient how Albert was interrupted as he was about to reveal they point to a location in a small town in North......

- SCREENCAPS OF HAWK'S MAP PLEASE!!!! "That symbol was on the note from Maj Briggs, what is that" (referring to the mother EVIL bug)....."Frank, You don't ever want to know about that". DAAAAAAAMN!!!!!

- LOVED the final scenes with Dougie and the Mitchum Bros. But why such a large box for a cherry pie?

I'm sure there's TONS I missed, like Gersten Hayward (Donna's younger sister) appeared and after two watches I still haven't seen her.
The FB group blackout ends in a half hour at which time it will EXPLODE with posts and I'll likely be back later to add on to this.

WHAT AN YREV VERY DAMN GOOD SHOW!!!!!!!!

Re: Twin Peaks - Showtime Sunday

Ok.....it exploded as anticipated. Some highlights that I can recall (it all goes really fast.....like ya know, member when a new episode of LOST would end?...it's like that. ):

- an inverted frame of David Bowie/Agent Jeffries superimposed onto the shot of the woodsmen on the stairs is an almost perfect match.

- the Rancho Rosa logo you see at the beginning may have had hidden easter eggs this whole time that we're only now getting. 2costa for the win on that one.

- I got my full view of the map and have already begun dissecting it. Not quite as cool as the BLAST DOOR MAP, but we're having fun with it.

- Donna's sister is the girl who Steven is cheating on Becky with!!!

- still haven't seen anyone pinpoint the coordinates, but folks are hard at work on it.

I think that's it for now.....I may or may not be back again tonight.

Re: Twin Peaks - Showtime Sunday

Pretty sure the next location will be on another Sycamore Street address but the coordinates point to the north east corner of Washington State. And the air spirits are pre-loading various people's dreams. Was Cand-ie "extruded" out of a power socket too like Doug-ie was? She and Dougie both act like they're waiting to wake up. p-zombies?

Yes sir it definitely appears as if all our spread out cast will be headed to TWIN PEAKS. More specifically, to Glastonberry Grove, where the entrance to the Black Lodge is, the circle of SYCAMORE TREES. Great connection there!!

ETA - fans who have been able to pinpoint Ruth's coordinates point VERY close to where Twin Peaks is supposed to be, and some have even gone as far as lining up the map Sheriff Truman was looking at on his computer with the coordinates, and it's EXACT.

There is DEFINITELY something "up" with Candie. One scene she's all crying and freaking out for hitting dude in the face with the remote, and then in the next she's back to being robot Candie. I would not be at ALL surprised if the girls were "manufactured" in a similar fashion that the original Dougie Jones was. But by whom and to what end, I have no clue.....

Re: Twin Peaks - Showtime Sunday

Re-watching as I write, but first viewing of Ep12 found me slightly underwhelmed.
Granted by the time I finish this post my opinion may have changed somewhat.

Meanwhile....

- Tammy is IN with Blue Rose team now. Funny how Albert whispered the whole thing and when Tammy replied, she spoke normally and Gordon didn't freak out about the volume....

- Diane deputized. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer seems to be appropriate here. "Let's Rock" she says. After the last time we heard that phrase, spoken by the original "Arm" (the small man), I was expecting something massive when that line was spoken. Can't win em all.

- Jerry's almost "out of the woods" so to speak. But you LOST fans might get a kick out of this: I pictured the SMOKE MONSTER chasing Jerry out of the jungle, and when he tripped and fell, I pictured him looking up at Locke standing in front of him.

- now that whole scene with Sarah Palmer, upon second watch, was the one BIG thing/clue we were given in this episode. Sarah has always been a seer of visions, and at one point, a direct conduit to the Black Lodge (end of S2 when Jacoby took her to see Maj Briggs in the RR and Windom Earle spoke "through" her). So I believe "something happened" and Sarah remembers it while the rest of the town for the most part has no memory of said "incident".
Were you here when they first came? - she ain't talkin about the turkey jerky, folks.
Your room looks different - likely to Laura, but as we've seen and heard - LAURA IS THE ONE - so perhaps Sarah saw Laura in the White Lodge or something. But I believe the reference is not to her room in the Palmer house, but to her room in the Lodge, the one we saw her walk into (the painting from Mrs. Tremont) in FWWM.
And men ARE coming. You have to watch out! - Yep. The WOODSMEN. Oh I have a yrev very BAD FEELING ABOUT THIS.....

- Miriam made it to the hospital and has successfully fingered Richard for killing the little boy.

- Ben gives Cooper's room key to Frank to give to Harry. I really hope we get to see Frank give it to Harry.

- "Richard never had a father" - more on this shortly, but at this point most of us are still assuming Dooper is the father.

- Gordon's French girlfriend leaving the room was almost as painful to watch as the bar room floor sweeping scene from Ep 3 or 4.

- FINALLY. AUDREY HORNE!!! And what a way to bring her in!!! One of the most confusing scenes in the show so far. Bringing up so many questions, I simply cannot list them all here. I may delve into this later, but I'm going to let the general internet populous work out this one for the time being.

- Ruth's coordinates DO in fact point to TWIN PEAKS. Big shocker there.

- YAY the Chromatics again!!

- ANOTHER weird booth scene at the Roadhouse to close with new characters and names we've never heard before. Something VERY strange is going on with these scenes. The first one with Richard smoking, then the girl with the armpit rash and obviously empty beer that she kept drinking from, and now this. Very strange indeed.

Ok that's all I have for now. Off to see what's going on FB now that the blackout is lifted.....

Re: Twin Peaks - Showtime Sunday

Again.....wow BOB wow!!!

From theories I've read that make Ep12 better:

- Audrey is still in a coma and what we saw is her "nightmare".

- (from 2costa) - we haven't seen Dooper in a while....what if he's already arrived in TP and was what caused the "noise" in the house when Hawk was checking in on Sarah Palmer....

- OR has Laura already returned? OR has the spirit of Windom Earle returned? Something is clearly not right in the Palmer house still.
