I think an argument can be made either way. Other people served the poison wine, but I got the impression that they didn't know it was poisoned.

Have fun counting up Arya's murdered Freys and Sandor's cusswords.

This must be a joke post.

Tis a slippery slope indeed. We did not see her poison the wine -- that was not shown on screen. We know she knew the wine was poisoned as she prevented Frey's young wife from drinking. But it's possible that Arya enlisted one of the server's help to poison the wine. (We didn't see all the servers' reaction.) And she was in Tully territory, which means she could have enlisted a Tully relative or been informed by a Tully relative that the wine was poisoned.

Perhaps Arya witnessed the Tullys poisoning the wine and conspired with them to make sure it was served to all the Freys. We can't know because we didn't see how it happened.

Knowing something doesn't equal doing something.

Whatever the decision, it sets a precedent and choices will be made in the future with this in mind. Consistency in applying the decision is the key.

The King In Da Norf Of Da Maritimes makes the decision, but I think it's silly not to credit Arya with the points.

You present a compelling argument.

J_C is my co-host this year. I want to wait until I hear from him before making a decision.

This is just the situation I was trying to avoid (i.e. Qyburn and the wildfire). Damn you GRRM and whatever the name of the showrunners are again.

I just woke up. My argument, if necessary, will be compelling. But the whole point I'm making is that I shouldn't have to make an argument.

Occam's Razor says Arya did it herself, and didn't hire a Frey or Tully.
