Re: Marvel's Jessica Jones - Netflix

Oh Ness. You're going to like this show.

Spoiler: episode 2

Some good Jessica lines in this one:

"Pray with us." "Uh, I'm just getting over a cold."

"Lady, you're a very.... perceptive asshole"

So she was stalking Luke because he's also "special."
I enjoyed the investigation part of it-- tracking down the ambulance driver, the kidney machine, etc. This is some pretty horrific stuff.

More flashes, the bus accident backstory-- so the girl who was killed in the bus accident, that was the chick whose picture was in Luke's medicine cabinet?

So Trish isn't her sister, just ex-ish best friend, who is now taking defense courses because that will help against someone who can control your mind.

FINALLY got a full Kilgrave scene at the end. Awesome.
Completely with ominous shot of knife. I'm at least hoping that the kids will be safe in the closet, because I doubt their parents will be.

I did laugh when he just crushed the kid's toy car. That's just plain meanness there.

Re: Marvel's Jessica Jones - Netflix

I love the star (Krysten Ritter) of this new Marvel series.

Because I don't remember this super hero, I'm going to assume she came into existence after I left the comic book world. So, I'm really looking forward to delving into this one.

I like this show.

"Maybe he is a little scary, if you just woke up, and you don't know him, and you're a bit racist" Upstairs twin guy is growing on me.

Finally more Kilgrave. Hanging out watching the football while ordering people's deaths
"Not that way, officer. THAT way."
His little eyebrow-raise nod was awesome.
Want more.

Spoiler: ep 5

"Pick up that coffee. Throw it in your face."

This is getting SO good.

I knew they wouldn't actually take him, not this early in the season, but I loved her jumping up to distract him at the last moment.

It occurred to me only after they were talking that he can't control over the phone. Time and distance.

I like cop dude. I'm not crazy about Trisha.

Poor Malcolm. That's one way to "rehab."

Great episode. Almost too much to process.

Making the guy try to put his head through the post. He's so PETTY.
And, likely, bored.
Walk up to a poker table, collect your million dollars, would it get tiring being the only person in control, unless you had a focus for it?
I guess maybe he's making Jessica that focus.

And, then, when he's buying the house, the boredom comes out. It's all too easy.

I'm glad Jessica finally told Luke about his wife. That was getting tiresome. And even though it wasn't her "fault," he's totally right to be pissed bc she never told him.

Re: Marvel's Jessica Jones - Netflix

FYI Luke Cage will have his own Netflix series in 2016.

I only get DVD's from Netflix and none of the new shows are available.
