Re: NBA thread

I think the Pistons took the Cavs litely. I've been pulling for Detroit since they demoralized the Lakers two years ago. But you're right Timbo910, the real playoffs start now!

BTW--The League allowed to much time between game 6 and game 7 of the Suns vs Clippers series. The Suns should take care of business tonight, although I'd love to see the Clippers in the West finals. And the Mavs allowing the Spurs a game 7 just sunk their ship.

And that is the real problem. The games were so spaced out apart that I had trouble keeping tabs on them, as I am sure a lot of people did. And Detroit loves to be down two games....it's their bread and butter!

Re: NBA thread

I know that game 2 of the Cavs-Pistons series was on a tuesday (or wed, i forget) and game 3 was on the following saturday. way too much time to wait in between games. I was hoping game 7 mavs-spurs would've been on yesterday after the pistons, but no. 2 monday night game 7s. that's just stupid.

Re: NBA thread

The Pistons totally took the Cavs for granted. But the state of Michigan survives the possibility of a collective nervous breakdown. We would need all of Libby's and Hurley's drugs! Homestate Pistons meet the Heat. Residential state must try again next year. More help for Lebron will see the Cavs compete even more effectively. Time to move Cleveland to the West!!!!

Yeah, that allows Rasheed to make a prediction of a win. And the rest of the team to bail him out. What kind of pressure is that anyway. Damn!

I couldn't agree more. I like Detroit, and the only thing stopping them is Detroit. But that's 'Sheed....always wanting to give out some drama.

Re: NBA thread

It remains a colossal scheduling injustice that Spurs vs Mavs occurred in the semi finals. What a series.
