Anyone know if HIC has been filming over the past two weeks? I ask because I'm certain I saw him sitting outside a bar in Brighton (England), looking happy at the slight breeze blowing up the pedestrianized street.

yes, he does.....
No - I never mentioned about his eyes..... they just don't really "do it" for me..... how, I'd link you to a couple other sets of eyes that CERTAINLY do! (but it would only bring forth more comments.  )
