I think now that filming will start Monday and we now have a confromation of a title, I started a thread for all the discussion and ideas about the premiere of Season 5. Sound off below on your ideas of the title and everything we learn about the episode. (Someone please stick)

From the title it seems obvious that it should be Jack or Locke and that is exactly why I think it won't be.

A "no centric" would be my preference since so much happened in the finale of S4. I'd rather that they pick up with the various storylines where they left off.
