Best area of the US to live (weather wise)

Okay, after having debates with 2 different people on the subject, is there an area of the united states that is the perfect place when it comes to weather?

Western Michigan.

You get 4 seasons, and depending on whether you live south or north along the shores of Lake Michigan determines how much snow you can expect.

In the Winter you have outdoor sports like snow mobiling, cross-country snow skiing, downhill snow skiing, snow boarding, ice fishing, ice skating, and ice hockey (both indoor and outdoor), as well as various hunting seasons.

Then in the Summer, you're treated to nice sandy beaches, and crisp, clean water. Great for swimming, fishing, water skiing, inner tubing, boating and sailing.

Most would say somewhere in So Cal, where the average is 65 and it pretty much stays 50-75 year round. Not me though, I need some snow. Colorado has over 300 days of sunshine on average. Of course, on some of those sunny days it's 25 degrees, but that's ok. Then again, the other 65 days it's usually snowing like crazy, but I likes it.

I'm offended there's no southeast option, only "south." which I guess could mean anything from Texas to Florida.

Of course I'm biased (as probably most of us are) towards the area where I live, but I feel like North Carolina has just about the perfect balance of weather. It doesn't get too hot or too cold, you do get to see snow every so often, you've got beaches, mountains, and everything in between, and while crazy weather can occasionally happen wherever you live, it doesn't seem to happen that often here. I've lived here 35 years, and have only experienced one extraordinary event: a flood. And it didn't mess up anything of mine.

West coast, namely San Diego. Earthquakes are rare, and the weather is gorgeous pretty much year round. If you want a taste of snow, then you can go on a trip.

Yes...but the south is almost always associated with heat and humidity. Except the Southwest which is just known for it's extreme heat.

North East, a little bit of everything and it all last just long enough for you to get sick of it and look foward to whatever comes next
