I can see this episode being about the island and all the "bad things" happening on it.

What if this episode is about the Whispers? We never see who's saying them much less get a good hearing of them but we certainly know they are important. The dead are in a different place. Pierre, in the last comic con video talked about changing things for "the already dead".
Just an idea.

Oh, I hope it is about the whispers! I'm ready to understand what they're all about.

*MAYBE* we'll get the Danielle back story we've been promised. The title makes me think of "the sickness" that Danielle kept talking about. <crosses fingers>

Hmmm ... I really like this photo; doubt it has too much significance with the show but it's beautiful.

Re: Episode 5.05 - The Place of Death (Centric Unknown)
The Title listed here appears to be wrong. Unless Dark UFO has it wrong. But I doubt that. Should be "This Place is Death"
Here are the first 6 episode titles from dark
http://spoilerslost.blogspot.com/200...de-titles.html
Episode 5.01 - Because You Left
Episode 5.02 - The Lie
Episode 5.03 - Jughead
Episode 5.04 - The Little Prince
Episode 5.05 - This Place is Death
Episode 5.06 - The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham

you don't think the connection is obvious ?
we have an island considered to be "Purgatory" by millions,
we even had a "boat" or two which brought people there...
we have Jacob and Cerberus, two seemingly connected "key masters" of death.. the underworld... the dead.
our island is just as this painting is.
an island of death.
I am currently using this piece as inspiration to create my own image using my 3d LOST island as the island _(shaped like the one in the image).. and the boat I am using.. is the sub...
I plan to make it a large poster available for purchase on LULU.com, along with some others I am creating
