I don't think lasers guns shoot as fast as bullets. Bullets go too fast to see, but with the Star Wars laser guns you can watch the laser leave the gun and fly into it's target. If you see it coming, just duck and you'll be okay.

Dirty Harry would win, because as we all clearly remember, Han couldn't even get the drop on Greedo, since he, not Han, shot first.

Han never shot first. In the Special Edition from '97 Greedo shoots first and Han dodges the blast digitally with his head before he shoots back, in the '04 DVD version they shoot more or less at the same time, but Greedo slightly before Solo and in the original which obviously ist the best version Han is the only one who shoots.
